Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk

Location was amazing- right on the Riverwalk The elevator goes right to the Riverwalk which an amazing surprise and made the trip even more enjoyable. Every afternoon you were given 3 free drinks and a full on meal not just snacks. Everything was clean -staff was very nice and housekeeping always said hello and goodbye if you saw them in the halls. Parking was self parking in garage but I'd rather park my own car so this was nice and half the price of other hotels that required valet parking. Felt safe and security always was there to make sure you were a guest at hotel before letting you go to garage. We will definitely be back.

Great variety at breakfast of hot and cold food. The kickback and happy hour with 3 free alcoholic drinks was an excellent bonus to our stay. The description says ‘snacks’ but there was so much hot food on offer that we didn’t even feel the need for diner in the evening. Coffee, soft drinks and pop corn are also available throughout the day to guests at no extra cost. Our room was clean, comfortable and sizeable with a lovely balcony having views over the river walk and city skyline. This was our first time staying with this hotel chain. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future. They really do look after their guests. I couldn’t fault the staff, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I liked everything about this place. The staff, especially Martha at the front desk, was friendly, knowledgeable and always took the time to greet us when we arrived “home”. The hotel was very clean and we always felt safe. The elevators had a floor to the Riverwalk which was convenient. Our rooms were a decent size, the beds were comfortable and had nice bed linen. The amenities the hotel provided were exceptional: three free drinks per person each night and a very generous selection of hot hors d’ oeuvres. Edith, a supervisor overseeing the evening food offerings, was always restocking the food and wiping down the buffet areas. There was a hot breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, waffles, various breads and a full assortment of beverages. I would highly recommend the Drury Inn and Suites to anyone who is looking for a wonderful hotel on the Riverwalk.

The staff was very courteous and attention to our needs. Check in was at 3:00, the funeral was moved to 4:00, instead of 6:00., our plane landed at 12:55 so I called the hotel and asked about early check in due to the unforseen circumstances we was in. She was quick to tell me to head straight there because she was going to have housekeeping clean a room for us., she then found out there was already a room cleaned and ready for check in., without hesitation she booked that room for us, we went straight to the hotel and was in that room in minutes. We truly appreciate her effort and quick response to our needs. She truly saved us from having to be late to the funeral. That's what I call, going above and beyond for your customers, she's a keeper and asset to your company. We plan on coming back sometime in Oct or Nov, and will for sure be staying here again, thank you, thank you!!
